Everyone knows how much influence the Corona virus is having on our community and our lives. As we operate entirely online, luckily we are able to continue running. For us its business as per usual.
If you purchase your items before 2:30pm your parcel will be sent the same day. Order after 2:30pm they will be sent the next day. Orders placed Friday night, Saturday or Sunday will be sent first thing Monday morning.
Australia Post advise us that delivery times are taking a little longer due to their social distancing efforts, reduced logistical services and increased demand for services as everyone discovers the wide world of online shopping and supply. Please allow 5-7 days for regular post item to reach you and 2-4 days for your express post parcels. We upload tracking on all our parcels, these numbers will be emailed to you when your item is sent. You can track your parcel’s journey with Australia Post in the link.
